Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped pet products purchased at PetCaresPro.store.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email support@petcarespro.store or use our Contact Us form. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
  2. Review: Our support team will assess your request and provide you with return instructions if your item qualifies.
  3. Return: Send the product back to us as instructed. For items that are defective or shipped in error, return shipping is free. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are refundable only if the refund is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products returned used, damaged (not due to shipping), or missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Perishable goods (including pet food or treats), personalized/custom orders, and clearance or final sale items.
  • Requests received more than 7 days after delivery.
