At PetCaresPro.store, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If you find that a product isn't quite right, our straightforward exchange policy aims to make things hassle-free for all your pet care needs.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Pet products must be unused, in their original packaging, and retain all original tags and accessories.
  3. Request: Email us at support@petcarespro.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details about the product you'd like to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped pet products.
  • Unopened and unused pet accessories or supplies (following the above requirements).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for products that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send you a replacement product of your choice or offer store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Products not in original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used products, products damaged after delivery, or those missing original parts/tags.
  • Personalized, perishable (e.g. opened pet food), or clearance sale items.
